The SC-3150 Fleur-de-Lis Wrought Iron Double Candle Wall Sconce draws on the visual language of historic Gothic ironwork, interpreting an ornamental silhouette through a disciplined two-light composition.
A tall cross-shaped backplate establishes the fixture's character. Its pointed fleur-de-lis-inspired terminals extend outward at the top and sides, while the elongated lower section gives the piece a distinctly vertical presence. Visible fasteners and layered iron details reinforce the sense of a constructed architectural object rather than an applied decoration.
Two curved wrought iron arms rise from the central assembly to support individual candle-style lights. The arms have subtly different visual relationships to the backplate, creating depth without competing with the strong outline behind them. Shallow iron candle pans contribute a traditional silhouette, while the open arrangement keeps the ironwork visible even when the fixture is illuminated.
At 20 inches high, 14 inches wide, and 6 inches deep, the SC-3150 is suited to interiors where wall lighting can contribute to the architecture as well as provide illumination. It is a considered choice for traditional corridors, libraries, dining rooms, and entryways. Its historic forms may also offer a deliberate contrast against simpler wall finishes and furnishings.
The fixture includes two standard candle covers. Optional wax covers provide a more pronounced candle appearance, while natural alabaster shades introduce a softer material contrast. Alabaster is offered in Amber, White, Amber with Red Veining, and White with Amber Veining, with variations inherent to natural stone.
Ten hand-applied signature finishes allow the wrought iron to be coordinated with surrounding materials and interior detailing. Made in the USA by Ashore Lighting, a third-generation lighting manufacturer, the SC-3150 is manufactured to order. Because we manufacture our own lighting, project-specific changes may be evaluated for size, finish coordination, and mounting requirements.
The result is a double candle wall sconce whose identity lies in the relationship between historic ornament, restrained illumination, and the permanence of forged iron.
