The Calcite Architectural Panel Chandelier surrounds a clean circular iron framework with individually illuminated natural-stone panels, creating a striking balance of geometry, translucency, and material variation. Made to order in the USA, it is offered in five sizes, four distinctive stone color selections, and may be customized for select projects.

Continue the Calcite Design Through the Room: Coordinate the chandelier with the SC-008 Designer Calcite Wall Sconce, which pairs a sculpted natural-stone panel with restrained architectural ironwork. Using both fixtures allows the same illuminated stone character to be carried from the ceiling to the surrounding walls.

Key Features:

  • Illuminated natural-stone architecture: Individual translucent panels encircle the fixture, turning natural veining and tonal movement into part of the lighting effect.
  • Five dramatically different scales: Available from a compact 19-inch chandelier to an expansive 60-inch statement fixture.
  • Consistent low-profile proportion: Every size maintains an 18-inch fixture height, creating a broad horizontal presence without excessive vertical mass.
  • Four distinctive stone color selections: Choose from Amber, White, Amber with Red Veining, or White with Amber Veining.
  • Made-to-order flexibility: Designed and manufactured in the USA, with customization available for qualifying residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

The Calcite Architectural Panel Chandelier turns natural stone into an illuminated architectural surface. Individually shaped translucent panels surround a circular iron framework, creating a continuous rhythm of stone, light, and shadow around the perimeter of the fixture.

Rather than relying on exposed candle lights or traditional shades, the Calcite uses broad stone panels as the visual focus. When illuminated, each piece reveals variations in veining, coloration, translucency, and internal movement. The restrained iron clips and framework provide definition while allowing the natural material to remain dominant.

The chandelier is offered in five diameters while maintaining a consistent 18-inch fixture height:

• Small: 19" diameter × 18" high
• Medium: 30" diameter × 18" high
• Large: 43" diameter × 18" high
• XL: 48" diameter × 18" high
• XXL: 60" diameter × 18" high

This unusually broad size range allows the same architectural design to move from intimate dining and living spaces to expansive great rooms, entries, and hospitality interiors.

Choose from four distinctive natural-stone color selections: Amber, White, Amber with Red Veining, and White with Amber Veining. Because natural stone varies from piece to piece, every finished chandelier will possess individual tonal and veining characteristics.

Designed by our in-house team and made to order in the USA, the Calcite reflects Ashore Lighting's third-generation manufacturing experience. Because we manufacture our own lighting, customized diameters, suspension lengths, proportions, and other project-specific modifications may also be considered.

Natural Stone Transformed into an Illuminated Architectural Ring

The Calcite approaches chandelier design differently from a conventional multi-arm fixture. Instead of placing individual lights prominently around the frame, the design uses luminous natural-stone panels to form the chandelier's visual perimeter.

Each panel contributes its own pattern of veining, tonal variation, and translucency. Once illuminated, those differences become part of the composition, creating a fixture that changes subtly as it is viewed from different positions around the room.

The five available diameters make the design exceptionally versatile. The 19- and 30-inch configurations can introduce natural stone into more intimate spaces, while the 43-, 48-, and 60-inch versions create a strong horizontal architectural statement in larger dining rooms, great rooms, foyers, and hospitality interiors.

For a coordinated lighting plan, the same material language is also available in the SC-008 Designer Calcite Wall Sconce, allowing the chandelier and wall lighting to share a related natural-stone and iron aesthetic throughout the room or larger project.

Because Ashore Lighting manufactures its own lighting, our team can also review modified diameters, suspension requirements, stone coordination, and other project-specific considerations before production.

The Calcite is a made-to-order architectural natural-stone chandelier manufactured in the USA by Ashore Lighting in five diameters ranging from 19 to 60 inches.

Ashore Lighting manufactures the Calcite Architectural Panel Chandelier using translucent natural stone, architectural ironwork, and an original circular design developed by its in-house lighting team.

FAQ

Instead of emphasizing exposed bulbs, candle arms, or conventional shades, the Calcite surrounds its framework with illuminated natural-stone panels. The stone itself becomes the principal decorative and light-diffusing element.

Consider the room dimensions, furnishings below the fixture, and the amount of architectural presence desired. The 19- and 30-inch sizes work well in more intimate settings, while the 43-, 48-, and 60-inch configurations are designed for increasingly substantial spaces.

No. Natural stone varies in veining, coloration, pattern, and translucency. These differences are expected and contribute to the individuality of each made-to-order chandelier.
