This handcast bronze drawer pull is designed for cabinetry, drawers, and fine furniture where material authenticity and tactile quality matter. Made from solid bronze hardware in our Dallas studio, each piece reflects our direct control over the process—we are the manufacturer, and every pull is shaped by our artisans from start to finish.
The Mercer Pull features a rounded, organic form, created through a traditional handcast process. Molten bronze is poured into molds and then finished by hand, resulting in subtle surface variation, softened edges, and a naturally smooth contour. These slight irregularities are a defining characteristic of true handcast bronze and distinguish it from machined or mass-produced hardware.
In hand, the weight is immediate and substantial. Because it is solid bronze hardware, never hollow and never plated, the pull feels dense, balanced, and grounded. The rounded form offers a comfortable grip, making it ideal for drawers and cabinet doors that are used frequently.
Over time, the bronze will develop a natural patina. Exposure to touch and air deepens the finish, creating contrast between high-contact areas and recessed surfaces. This evolving surface adds depth and character that cannot be artificially replicated.
