Greek Heirloom Alabaster Chandelier

The Greek Heirloom Alabaster Chandelier is an extraordinary expression of scale, ornament, and handcrafted architectural lighting. Designed as a commanding three-tier composition, the chandelier rises 68 inches in height and spans 60 inches in diameter, creating the presence required for interiors of substantial proportion.

Twenty-eight lights are distributed throughout the ascending tiers, creating layers of illumination rather than a single plane of light. Natural alabaster shades soften the output with a warm, atmospheric glow while introducing the individual coloration, veining, and translucency that distinguish genuine stone. Because alabaster is a natural material, every shade carries subtle variations that make each completed chandelier visually unique.

The wrought iron structure is equally important to the design. Sweeping arms, sculptural transitions, suspended ornament, and carefully proportioned tiers give the fixture a sense of movement despite its considerable scale. From below, the chandelier reveals an intricate composition of ironwork; from across the room, the tiers resolve into a powerful architectural silhouette.

This is not a chandelier intended to disappear quietly into a room. Its 60-inch diameter and 68-inch height make it particularly suited to grand entry halls, stairwells, two-story rooms, formal dining spaces, estate interiors, hospitality settings, and other architectural environments capable of supporting significant vertical scale.

The Greek is manufactured to order by Ashore Lighting. As a third-generation lighting manufacturer, we design and manufacture our own lighting rather than sourcing finished fixtures from outside manufacturers. This direct relationship between design and fabrication gives our team control over proportion, construction, material selection, and final assembly.

The chandelier is offered exclusively with natural alabaster shades, with four alabaster color selections available: Amber, White, Amber with Red Veining, and White with Amber Veining. Each selection produces a different atmosphere while preserving the natural variation inherent to the stone.

At 28 lights and nearly six feet in height, the Greek occupies a rare position within the Ashore Lighting collection: an heirloom-scale fixture designed not simply to illuminate architecture, but to become part of it.
