Alma – Hand Forged Iron Designer Wall Sconce with Alabaster

The Alma Forged Iron Wall Sconce is a study in restraint, craftsmanship, and material integrity. Designed with a clean vertical profile, this fixture highlights the natural contrast between hand-forged iron and softly illuminated alabaster, resulting in a timeless and versatile lighting solution.

A rectangular forged iron backplate forms the foundation of the design, showcasing subtle hammering that reflects the artisan process behind each piece. Extending outward, a minimal iron support shelf holds a cylindrical alabaster shade, allowing the stone to take visual precedence while maintaining structural clarity.

The alabaster shade is selected for its natural translucency and unique veining. When illuminated, it emits a warm, ambient glow that enhances the texture and depth of the stone. No two shades are identical, ensuring each fixture carries its own distinct character.

Measuring 16 inches in height, 6 inches in width, and projecting 6 inches from the wall, the Alma Sconce is well-suited for both residential and commercial applications. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for narrow spaces, bedside installations, or repeated use along corridors for a cohesive lighting design.

The forged iron components are finished by hand in one of ten artisan finishes, allowing for customization across a wide range of interior styles—from modern rustic to transitional and contemporary environments.
