The Mission Architectural One-Light Alabaster Vanity Light is the most restrained expression of the Mission vanity family.

A single tapered alabaster shade descends beneath a vertical iron standard set against a substantial circular backplate. The iron member rises beyond the backplate to a sharply pointed terminal, giving the fixture the same disciplined architectural character found throughout the Mission collection.

Nothing extraneous interrupts the composition.

At 6.5 inches wide by 10 inches high with a 7-inch projection, the fixture occupies very little wall space while retaining the visual weight of substantial iron and natural stone. Its narrow proportions make it particularly useful beside mirrors, between architectural elements, in powder rooms, or as a repeated pair where a broader vanity fixture would be unnecessary.

This fixture is offered exclusively with natural alabaster. Choose from four distinctive stone selections:

The fixture shown is presented in Amber with Red Veining Alabaster, a particularly expressive selection in which warm stone coloration is interrupted by stronger natural bands and mineral movement. When illuminated, those differences become more pronounced and give the compact fixture considerable depth.

No two pieces of alabaster will be identical. Veining, coloration, translucency, and pattern vary naturally from one shade to another.

Natural Stone Reduced to Its Most Architectural Form

The one-light Mission proves that a fixture does not need scale or ornament to possess authority.

A single piece of illuminated alabaster is held beneath a strong vertical iron element, while the circular backplate gives the composition visual weight against the wall. The pointed upper terminal sharpens the silhouette and prevents the fixture from becoming generic or overly softened by the stone.

At only 6.5 inches wide, this is the most compact Mission vanity fixture, yet the natural material gives it far more presence than its dimensions suggest.

The alabaster shown in Amber with Red Veining introduces warmth and pronounced geological movement against the controlled iron framework. White creates a quieter interpretation, Amber a warmer one, and White with Amber Veining places more subtle warmth against a lighter stone ground.

For larger mirrors and vanities, the same design progresses naturally into coordinating two-, three-, and four-light configurations, allowing the Mission vocabulary to remain consistent while the fixture width changes with the architecture.
